Clinical Supervision and Training
Clinical Supervision
As a supervisor, Ales provides clinal supervision and case consultation to trainees and qualified psychotherapists.
His approach to supervision is psychodynamically and psychoanalytically underpinned. He usually supports supervisees with complex clinical cases and their work with personality disorders. The focus of supervision is on the client's personality dynamics and how such dynamics underpins their presenting issues.
Supervision sessions are available to professionals internationally and are primarily conducted online - either individually or as group supervision.
Training & Presenting
Ales conducts psychotherapy trainings and seminars as a visiting tutor and independently. He works with various training institutes in the UK and internationally.
He regularly presents his theory development at international conferences.
Psychotherapists and mental health professionals can join trainings and seminars which not only focus on psychotherapy theory and practice but also on the topics of societal dynamics.
