What do I do as an executive and leadership coach?
I work both as an experienced and qualified psychotherapy counsellor and therapist—in NHS (National Health Service) in South West London and within my private psychotherapy practice in North London—as well as an executive and leadership coach to business professionals, executives and entrepreneurs.
In my work as executive and leadership coach, I combine my extensive business, corporate, policy-making, negotiations, political and entrepreneurial experience with my psychotherapy and counselling knowledge and, as such, offer my clients applicable and tangible change.

What makes a leadership coach?
Progressing in one’s career from executive to leadership role not only involves a change in performance, but mainly a change in perspective. And this is where a huge impact can be made.
In my career I worked within large corporate environments, policy-making, consulting, public sector and even political environment. This is experience, integrated with my psychotherapy expertise and practice is what a leadership coach should offer to support clients.

My view of executive and leadership coaching?
Leadership coaching requires experiential learning and deeper, tailor-made style. You will not see a cookie cutter approach when I work with your colleagues. Every person is unique and it’s their uniqueness that defines how they work as a team and how they go through life as individuals.
